In July 2020, Dinontas partnered with AT&T Veteran ERG Florida Chapter to provide backpacks, socks, and hygiene products to Veterans throughout Brevard County. Dinontas sources food and clothing from US manufacturers to provide to veterans, then conducts fundraising for the shipping costs. Veterans Employee Resource Group (Veterans ERG) Florida Chapter donated $1,400 to help pay the shipping costs for this event. Dinontas was able to secure 2 pallets of items because of this donation. The pallets were delivered to Melbourne, Florida, where Dinontas coordinated with volunteers from the Veterans ERG and other local volunteers to assemble the backpacks. From there, the backpacks were distributed to 5 local Florida outreach organizations to ensure they were delivered directly to veterans.

These organizations include Faith in Action, His Place Ministries, Volunteers of America, Mosaic, Wholeness to Freedom, and The Highland Mint.

The pallets were delivered on July 8th and distributed on July 9th. It is estimated that these 2 pallets alone have served over 1,000 veterans across the state of Florida.

The long-term goal for Dinontas is to help even more veterans across the country by continuing to partner with the National Veterans ERG and Volunteers of America. This will allow us to scale and expand our territory to reach veterans across all of America.
